About our Class

Yoga for Every Body

This class is geared towards any age, weight, and skill set regardless of possible limitations (fibromyalgia, arthritis, joint replacement, injury, or anxiety). We begin with centering (helping to unplug from the day) then move into poses/postures, and end with a deep relaxation. Every class will help the body to move in all ways, create opportunities for flexibility and strength, honor the season, and promote mindfulness.

Please wear clothing you can attempt to touch your toes in. A mat is needed (we do have a few extras available, so come even if you don't have one). Kindly refrain from wearing strong fragrances.

Please feel free to reach out to me prior to class, via text (402)709-1434 if you have any health concerns you want to make sure I take into account for the class you will be attending.

Consider also booking a 'Day Away', so after class you can enjoy the rest of your day on a personal retreat!

*A discount code for $5 off a 'Day Away' will be sent to you in your confirmation email, after booking your Yoga class.

Meet Your Instructor

Hello, my name is Ginger!

My yoga journey began by needing to manage my stress. After taking my first class-I was hooked! The reason I believe so deeply in the practice of yoga is its ability to always reconnect me to awareness within my physical body along with deeply calming my nervous system. My areas of study include Heart-Centered Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, and Prison Yoga.

I have been teaching yoga for 15 years at the studio I own in Fremont, NE,-The Blue Yoga Studio. My 200 RYT training was done in Omaha, NE, at Yoga Now, with the esteemed Susi Amendola. I have had the privilege of studying under Rolf Sovik, Tias Little, Amy Matthews, Teresa Murphy, and James Brown. I have led two 200 RYT Teacher Trainings. â€‹â€‹
