We invite you to join the Soul Care Coaches Carla Rousseau and Shay Eveland in a day long event created to give the space to discover and create your own Rule of Life. You will enjoy activities and spiritual disciplines designed to help you seek the guides and margins that would be beneficial to you in your spiritual growth in the coming years and beyond. You will also have plenty of space for introspection and reflection.

Cost: $75

Price includes pastries and fruit upon arrival, healthy lunch, coffee, tea and water as well as all supplies needed.

Carla Rousseau and Shay Eveland are the founders of Soul Care Coaches. They have combined their years of experience in offering retreats, spiritual coaching and counseling, prayer and spiritual direction into one place. Their desire is to join with others who are seeking more in their spiritual life. They have found purpose and hope in sitting with others as they ponder their own spiritual walk. They have found deep and lasting joy as those same clients find their own sense of purpose and awe over who God made them to be.

Carla Rousseau offers private Spiritual Direction at her office in Lincoln, NE and on retreats. She strives to be a compassionate listener who loves others well and feels honored to join people on their spiritual paths. She completed a 2-year Spiritual Direction Program at Moody Bible Institute. In her free time she loves reading, being with her family and friends, as well as visiting the ocean.

Shay Eveland offers Spiritual Direction and Storywork Counseling at her office in Lincoln, NE and on retreats. She has a certificate from Moody BIble Institute in Spiritual Direction and additionally has completed levels 1 and 2 of a Narrative Focused Trauma Care program at the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. Her passion is to offer a safe space for clients, especially for trauma survivors to discover the truths of who they were made to be.
