About the Event
Solstice Society Gathering is a one-day retreat designed to create space to slow down, reconnect with nature, connect with community, and come back to yourself.
Held at Sonlit Retreat in Waterloo, NE on Sunday, October 25th, the day will blend mindful nature connection, creativity, somatic breathwork, nourishing food, reflection, and intentional community.
Guests will begin the day with grounding and intention-setting before heading outdoors for a guided nature walk and sensory experience. They’ll then create their own meaningful flower bouquet, participate in a somatic breathwork journey with Mina, share a nourishing community lunch, and close the day with meditation, sound healing, journaling, and a closing ritual.
The overall experience is meant to feel restful, intentional, grounding, and connective — giving attendees the opportunity to step away from the everyday and create space for themselves.
