Softening the Heart . . .

Come away from the noisy, chaotic world, gifting yourself time in a quiet, sacred sanctuary surrounded by the beauty of nature. A day set aside, just for you, to let your thoughts settle and simply notice what is on your Heart. A time to breathe, slow, and soften into God’s invitation for you in this season. There will be spaciousness in the day to nurture what you are noticing through experiential practices, personal reflection, and connection in community.  This retreat follows a guided schedule with designated times for group sessions and individual reflection. Personal reflection times will be from 10:00 - Noon and 1:00 to 3:00.  These open times will allow you to enjoy Sonlit's 25 acres, labyrinth, or schedule a massage (additional fee.)
