About the Event

About your instructor:
Sarah is a certified Holy Yoga instructor and serves in full time ministry with Citylight Church. She loves helping her students care for their body, mind and spirit through Christ-centered yoga style fitness classes.
During your free time you are able to walk the trails, use the prayer labyrinth (if it’s not too covered in snow to find), or just find one of our many cozy and peaceful spots to rest, pray, or connect with a friend (no screen required).
Cost: $59
Price includes a healthy lunch, snacks, and unlimited coffee, tea, and water.
