About the Event
GRIEF SUPPORT GROUP
A gentle, supportive gathering for anyone navigating loss. This group isn’t focused solely on death; grief shows up in so many areas of life. This is a gentle, supportive space for anyone moving through loss: identity changes, relationship shifts, life transitions, a fading sense of purpose, health‑related changes, or the loss of someone they love.
Group Time: 10:45 am–12:00 pm
Day Away Pass (Self-guided time): 9 am-5 pm
Facilitated by Jennifer Flores, Certified Grief-Informed Professional and Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner, Coastal Calm Counseling, LLC.
Come spend the day on 25 acres of serene, restorative land created for slowing down, softening, and reconnecting with yourself. With a Day Pass, you’re welcome to enjoy the property anytime between 9 AM and 5 PM, choosing the hours that work best for you.
