After recent seasons of sickness, stress and scatteredness, mystics Julian of Norwich and Hildegard of Bingen are marvelous models for how to rest in the goodness and graciousness of our God. This day of rest will help germinate spiritual seeds yearning to flourish when we lean into love and access the awe within and beyond. After all, mystics in the making we are! Come!
