You are booking an individual bedroom or cabin in a shared space retreat center located at 2304 Campanile Rd. Waterloo, NE 68069.

Check-in is at 2 PM; no early check-in without prior approval.

Checkout is 11:00 AM; no late checkout without prior approval.

No Children. Sonlit is an adult-only facility seeking to provide a peaceful and relaxing environment for all of our guests. Due to that, you must be 18 or older to reserve a room or property day pass. Parents reserving a room or day pass can include mature children ages 16+ in their reservation.

Parking is only permitted in the front of the building. No driving is allowed anywhere else on the property. If you are staying in one of our cabins, we are happy to help you get your things to and from.

No smoking of any kind on the property, including e-cigarettes.

No illegal drugs.

No shooting or hunting allowed anywhere on the property.

No burning candles.

No pets of any kind.

No parties or events.

The number of guests allowed on the property is the number declared on your reservation. Visitors will need to purchase a room or property day pass. If the undeclared guest(s) are found on the property that have not paid, you will be charged the appropriate fee.

All guests/groups must share common facilities with others.

Quiet time is 9 AM - 9 PM. Be respectful of other guests regardless of time. If we receive complaints, we will provide a friendly reminder to you about it. If there are additional complaints, your reservation will be terminated without a refund.

You are responsible for the cost of any missing items or damages you cause to the center or property during your stay.

There is no Lifeguard on duty at the lake. Swim and boat at your own risk.

There is no Lifeguard on duty at the river. No swimming or boating is allowed at any time.

Guest keys must be turned in upon departure. Lost keys will incur a $25 charge.

Guests are expected to reasonably clean up after themselves, including picking up trash and leaving the furniture and other objects arranged how they were found. This center is an extension of our home, and we work tirelessly to provide an outstanding experience at a reasonable cost.

Guest waives and will not make any claims of tenancy at any point during or after the period of stay. Making a claim of tenancy is itself a violation of the house rules.

Guests may not tamper with or disable any communication devices, including WiFi and/or security cameras.

If a guest breaks any house rules or laws during the course of their stay, and the host determines evacuation is necessary, the guest agrees to evacuate. If the guest refuses an evacuation order, the host reserves the right to contact the police and have the guest(s) and all belongings removed from the property.

Guest acknowledges that the use of the Property is entirely at their own risk. Guest will indemnify and hold harmless owner and staff from any and all expenses, costs, damages, suits, actions, or liabilities whatsoever arising from or related to any and all loss of or damage to personal property, injury, or death resulting from the use or occupancy of the Property or the failure of any guest to observe the Rules and policies as described.
